Billing and subscriptions

For App Store or Google Play purchases, manage cancellation and refund requests through the store account used for purchase. For Stripe purchases, contact support with the billing email.

Account and data requests

Use the account deletion page for deletion instructions. For export or privacy questions, email from the address attached to the account.

Report a word

Send the word, category, screenshot if helpful, and the issue with the definition, example, pronunciation, synonym, antonym, or quiz answer.

Pronunciation and microphone

Premium Say It uses microphone permission for pronunciation scoring. If scoring is not working as expected, check device input settings and background noise.

Notifications

Learning reminders and quiz reminders are controlled in the app settings and the device notification settings.

Ads and sponsor breaks

The free plan may show sponsor breaks. Premium is planned to remove sponsor breaks while active.

No private account lookup is available on this website. Please email from the address used in the app when the request involves account data.
